1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging, certificates, and documentation included.

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that show signs of wear or damage.

• Items returned without original packaging and certificates.

• Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

3. Refund Process

• To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support Team at info@tonozzico.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label (in applicable cases).

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

• We offer free exchanges for size adjustments or alternate items of equal or lesser value within the 30-day window.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Fees

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

• In case of returns for reasons other than defect or damage, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
